The X Rays (1897) By George Albert Smith

This is a horror-comedy film that came out two years after x-rays were invented. For the 19th century, this was otherworldly and frightening. It is around 6th place for first horror related films ever created!

Since it is so old, this video was hard to locate online. However, the British Film Institute has a copy of it on their YouTube Channel! Thanks BFI! ๐Ÿ’€
