Adult Lamprey Mouth Tooth Pattern

Lampreys (sometimes inaccurately called lamprey eels) are jawless fish of an ancient lineage. The parasitic carnivorous species are the most well-known. They feed by boring into the flesh of other fish to suck their blood.
